She earned a top-level evaluation as a soloist from the music academy. In 2013 she continued her studies and completed an electronic music course, organized by the National Laboratory of Electroacoustic Music that was taught by the well renowned Cuban DJ, Ivan Lejardi, increasing her capabilities in composing and deejaying. Her work experience was varied, starting at the ‘Sonantas Habanera’ Guitar Orchestra, then moving to the National Centre of Concert Music. In 2012 she began working with the music groups such as the Soniku and Caribbean Girls.
She was also part of several studio recordings and in 2005 she took part in a major project called the Small Footprints, recording a live album, in collaboration with Spanish and Italian technicians at the church of San Felipe Nery by the Third Festival of Ancient Music "Esteban Salas. She also participated in several national television programs such as Clockwork Viva, Lucas, download, Entre Manos, Braces and live concerts for the educational channel of Cuba. Apart from her recording and studio experience she also participated in concerts and festivals around Cubai sucj as the 11th International Guitar Festival of Havana and the Early music festival "Esteban Salas".
Her teaching experience continued throughout her career where she taught at the Elementary Music School ‘Manuel Saumell’ in Havana in addition to individualized programs for private studies. Her experience in Oman over the past years has given her the skills to deal with students of all ages and backgrounds, building specialized programs and lesson plans based on every individuals requirements, preparing students for international examinations, for classical guitar and bass for the rock and pop program where her students achieved and continue to receive fantastic results, from the Trinity Guildhall examination body, in London.
