Capoeira

Capoeira is a dynamic Afro-Brazilian art form that blends movement, rhythm, music, and culture into an exciting and empowering practice. More than just a dance or martial art, Capoeira builds strength, coordination, confidence, and community — all in a supportive, group environment.

At our school, we offer Capoeira classes for all ages and skill levels:

Kids (6–12 years)

Our kids’ Capoeira classes are fun, safe, and high-energy! Designed specifically for young learners, these sessions focus on:

  • Basic Capoeira movements and sequencing

  • Developing balance, agility, and coordination

  • Musical rhythms and traditional instruments

  • Team-building through play and group games

Kids gain confidence while learning discipline, cooperation, and cultural expression — all through engaging movement and music.

Teens & Adults (13+ years)

Whether you’re a beginner or improving your skills, our Capoeira classes for teens and adults welcome all levels. These sessions focus on:

  • Fundamental techniques and movement flow

  • Partner work and roda (circle) training

  • Musical elements including berimbau and percussion

  • Strength, flexibility, and body awareness

Classes blend spirited training with supportive community energy, making Capoeira a rewarding practice for fitness, culture, and self-expression.
