Alexis David Moya is an experienced percussionist and passionate music educator with over 12

years of experience performing and teaching. With a solid background from the Cuban Institute of Music

and the Nicolás Guillén School of Art, Alexis has taught percussion classes at all levels, from elementary

to high school, in prestigious Cuban institutions.

 

He has also taught guitar for beginners in cultural

centers and music schools in Camagüey, forming groups of various sizes ranging from 5-year-olds to

university-aged adults. Alexis also has significant experience in music therapy, having worked on the

"Music and I" program, dedicated to children with autism.
