Yeimi has a Bachelor’s Degree in Dance from the National School of Dance in Havana, Cuba

and has a broad knowledge of modern and contemporary techniques as well as folkloric

dances & choreography. She has taught ballet to younger children and adult beginners. She

studied Specialty Dance at Pedro Raul Sanchez Vocational School of Art and taught children

of all ages, dance through community projects.

She has worked at Havana Queens Dance Institution teaching Modern and Contemporary

dance technique for beginners as well as professional dancers. She also worked at the

National School of Dance as a teacher of modern and contemporary Dance for intermediate

and advanced students. Apart from teaching she has performed and been part of many

different projects from theater to music video production.
